The Compounding Effect of Happy Clients
"You do great work. I am sure you will be seeing much more from us this year. Thanks for the quick turnaround. It is fantastic to work with you in this capacity."--CEO, Universal Mind
After 17 years in the field of marketing writing, I’m struck by the compounding effect of happy clients. The last three months have been particularly busy thanks mostly to: a) satisfied clients wanting more; b) satisfied clients who “came back” after founding new companies or starting new jobs; and c) referrals from satisfied clients. Overall, I wrote 32 projects over this period for 10 clients, as listed below. The year in parentheses is the first year I worked with the client contact (sometimes at a previous company).
